February 21, 2013 During our 3rd annual radiothon for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, we'll share stories from patients and their families about how the staff at St. Jude changed their lives and gave them hope when no one else would. As touching as those stories are to hear, I think sometimes it helps to associate a face with the cause. This is the story of Ella and her mom Jeanna.
His story truly inspired the world. And, late last year, when Lane Goodwin's "Thumbs Up" craze spread like wildfire through the digital landscape, I think every single person who heard his story was inspired. I know that I was. And I decided that Lane was the perfect inspiration for this year's original St. Jude song.

January 21, 2013 You may have noticed that The Rob’s Radio Show was not live on the air this past Friday. The reason I wasn’t live with you on the radio is because, as we mentioned on the air, right after the show on Thursday, me and some of my fellow TownSquare Media coworkers piled into a huge 12 passenger van and took a road trip to Memphis, Tennessee!

Samstrong.org, a website started by Newburgh resident and former St. Jude patient, Sam Featherstone, held a fundraiser at St. John the Baptist church in Newburgh Thursday night for the Memphis, Tennessee based children's hospital. Thanks to the tri-state's generosity, they were able to collect a sizable amount money.
February 23, 2012 We've heard stories over this first day of our radiothon from St. Jude patients that talk about "the bright colored walls", and how St. Jude isn't a scary place for them or their families. Back in January of last year, I had the opportunity to visit the St. Jude campus and see first hand not only the amazing things they're doing day in and day out to help put an end to childhood cancer and other diseases, but the decor itself these brave young people are talking about.
December 21, 2011 As you may know, 106-1 KISS-FM along with our sister-stations are the Evansville area's media partners for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN. One of the amazing things about St. Jude is that they are able to offer their ground-breaking research and treatment of childhood cancers completely free of charge to families of their patients thanks to your donations. As a way to say "thank you", a few of the patients got together for special holiday video.
