The month of May is officially over and with it comes the end of National Burger Month. A month that inspired my very own local "Burger Tour" which wrapped up earlier this week with a stop at the iconic Zesto on Franklin Street near downtown. But why stop with burgers? There are so many different types of food out there and so many great restaurants in the tri-state that offer them, I have made the not-so-difficult decision to continue the tour with a different food each month. What is difficult is deciding where to start. That's where you come in.

My wife and I enjoy trying new food creations and frequently rely on the web to provide us with ideas. During a recent viewing of Pintrest, my wife stumbled across this unique take on Mexican food.
