Macaroni and cheese is one of my absolute favorite things to put in my mouth. It’s good anytime of the day. It’s so versatile; you can add all types of goodies to it. And it’s great as a side or your entire meal. Today I’m gonna show you how to whip up some mac & cheese in the microwave.

Macaroni & Cheese is one of my favorite foods! It doesn't matter if it's homemade or from a box, it's always good. But it's so bad for you! So when I'm craving Mac & Cheese, I try to stick to this healthier version. Is it as good as the real thing? Probably not. But it keeps me from feeling guilty after devouring all of it!

A black, female reporter interviewed The First Lady Michelle Obama, and asked her what her favorite Thanksgiving dish was, to which Mrs. Obama responded, "Mac and Cheese" and the reporter gave her approval of Mrs. Obama choice with due enthusiasm. After the playback, Pat Robertson asks the reporter. "What is it about Macaroni and cheese, is that a Black thing?"
