This adorable little guy is "Tuff" and his is one tough little trooper. After sustaining  terrible injuries, including 2 broken femurs, and a fractured pelvis when some mean humans intentionally ran him over with an ATV, the Humane Society of Henderson County set out to help Tuff down the road to recovery including a couple of surgeries.
