I am about to start day #13 of being a non-smoker. I've got to tell you that this is a lot harder than I would have even imagined. I haven't caved. I haven't cheated. I haven't smoked since I put them down, but boy have I caught myself wanting one...

Big Boy is trying to lose 10 lbs to get down to 422 by April 5th.  Here's his food journal for yesterday 3/21/11:

A man went to a Taco Bell in Texas and ordered 7 of their Beefy Crunch Burritos.  Formerly a promotional item for only 99 cents, the man was upset that the price of his favorite burrito had hiked up 50 cents to $1.49.  This enraged the customer to the point that he fired shots on the staff of the store and on police when they showed up...

One of the first things I do each morning when I get to the station is grab the coffee cup out of my office and fill it with that sweet morning nectar called coffee. As it turns out, this morning ritual may actually be doing my body some good.
