I've been getting a lot of requests for today's Robcast.

There has been a lot of talk about Puerto Rico becoming America's 51st state.  It is currently a U.S. territory, but technically a state.  The issue is very polarizing in Puerto Rico.  My question is, if in fact Puerto Rico becomes America's 51st state, should we change the flag as well...
