There is a lot going on this weekend here in the tri-state – If you plan to get your weekend started early, nearly every bar in town has karaoke and pool, and if they don’t, they have booze and food – you can’t miss.

The West Side Nut Club hosts its 91st annual Fall Festival all this week on Franklin Street. While there is a ridiculous variety of food to choose from, there are five items I have to have each and every year.

The Evansville Nut Club's annual Fall Festival has always been the premiere event to debut new, bizarre, often reckless food creations.  I've always chosen to pass on the given food fad of the year as nothing about deep-fried butter or animal testicals sounds very appetizing to me.  However, one particular food item being rumored for this year's Fall Festival has my taste buds excited!
