Get your taste buds ready! Tin Man is bringing you a great opportunity to try some seasonal brews paired with the perfect companion foods with the December Delights Beer & Food Pairing. There will be 4 delicious courses served, each one paired with a complimenting half-pint. Tickets are $50 each or $90 for a pair and are available in the tasting room at Tin Man on Franklin Street. The evening will include bacon wrapped dates stuffed with Stilton cheese as a starter. For the appetizer, roasted beet soup. The entrée will feature Short Ribs over polenta with roasted heirloom carrots and parsnips, and for dessert you will enjoy pecan pie cheesecake! There will also be live music from Salt the Earth.
