The 3rd annual Southern Indiana Classic Marathon, Half-Marathon, and 8K is coming up Saturday, April 14th. I've never run a marathon. Heck, I get a little winded walking from the couch to the fridge, but I do know that running a marathon isn't something you decide to do a week. It takes months and months of training to prepare your body to stay upright and moving forward for 26.2 miles. Fortunately you don't have to train alone.

The people behind the Southern Indiana Classic Marathon are offering you the opportunity to participate in a group training regimen regardless of your skill level beginning Saturday, December 17th.  Grab a friend and start working toward not only your goal of completing a marathon, but toward a more fit and healthier you.
