Should Kat Cut Her Hair Short? [POLL]

I think it's time for something new, and I need your help! Help me decide! Do I cut it or leave it alone?

I have been trying to decide if I want to hack-off all my hair - not that there's much of it to begin with. It never seems to want to grow much longer than it is right now - which is just a at my shoulders.

I'll be honest - I get bored with it. Most of the time I just throw it up into a ponytail and go but I get tired of the ponytail! I have been thinking about cutting it shorter. I've had short hair before and I usually like it pretty well. So here's what I'm leaning toward... Chin length - swoopy bangs.
