Selena Gomez Gets Asked to Prom [VIDEO]

So "promposals" are becoming a bigger ting every year.  I personally find them annoying and slightly tacky.  However I'm always a big fan of when people "prompose" to celebrities, and I always hope it works out.  This high schooler has high hopes that Selena will come to prom with him, and after seeing this video how can she resist?!

"Promposals" are a new thing where high schoolers are making a wayyyyyyyyy bigger deal about asking someone to prom then it should be.  When I was in high school, it was "hey, want to go to prom?"  Now it's like the equivalent of a marriage proposal.  It's like dude, slow it on down.

Some people have even taken to the internet to prompose.  Like this guy.  Meet Cole LaBrant, a high school student from Alabama, and huge lover of Selena Gomez.  This is one of the funniest ways to ask a celebrity to prom, and I kind of love it.  Even though he gets Selena and Taylor Swift confused a little.
