The Insane Inflatable 5k is on the way! It's for all kinds of fitness levels, so no worries if you aren't in tip-top running condition this is fun for everyone! The Insane Inflatable 5k is more about having fun, and enjoying yourself rather than an actual race. However if you are wanting to run this 5k, join me on a countdown to the 5k and what we can do to prepare!

You HAVE to have good tunes to listen to in order to make working out slightly more fun.  If you're going to be training for a 5k, you're definitely going to need good upbeat music to keep your energy going!

Here's what I enjoy (PS. I apologize in advance, my music taste is ALL over the place)

    • Hall and Oates- ‘You Make My Dreams Come True’ (I call this my 80′s montage song)

    • Beastie Boys- ‘No Sleep ‘Til Brooklyn’

    • The Outfield- ‘Your Love’ (If you want a really upbeat version YouTube the I See Stars version)
