Indiana's decision to pass the Religious Freedom Restoration Act is one of the hot button issues of the moment and one restaurant's reaction is sure to work up people even more.

Memories Pizza in Walkerton, Ind., has no problem with the recently-passed piece of legislation. The restaurant, which has been owned by the O'Connor family for nine years, is onboard with the controversial act.

Calling itself "a Christian establishment," the owners have no qualms turning away same-sex couples. Crystal O'Connor says her family stands behind it 100%:

We're not discriminating against anyone, that's just our belief and anyone has the right to believe in anything...We definitely agree with the bill....I do not think it's targeting gays. I don't think it's discrimination. It's supposed to help people that have a religious belief."

Crystal's father, Kevin, says he shouldn't be forced into serving same-sex couples. “That lifestyle is something they choose," he said. "I choose to be heterosexual. They choose to be homosexual. Why should I be beat over the head to go along with something they choose?"

Of course, the O'Connors say they wouldn't turn away a gay couple or customers with different religious beliefs if they came in to eat. They say they would simply not cater their wedding.
