I love Halloween! It is my favorite holiday! I love getting to be creative. Most of the time, I stick with thrift store shopping for my costumes. In fact, I don't remember the last time that I bought a traditional off-the-rack costume. I thought it would be a fun idea to dress like Psy, and this video really nails it in true DIY fashion! From scoring some shoes that are kind of close & painting them to adding the little details to the glasses, this is definitely the best DIY Psy I've seen!
