What does the Commander in Chief like to jam to in his free time? An eclectic mix of rock, R&B, and country according to his recently published Spotify playlist.

New York Magazine reported yesterday that President Barack Obama has added the online music service to his growing list of social network accounts which already include Facebook, Twitter, and Tumblr. By the looks of the list, I'll assume that Obama didn't handpick the entire list himself. When would he have the time? More than likely, a young staff member or White House intern was given the task of compiling the list, but I would imagine the President at least had a say in some of the songs selected.

The 28 song playlist includes a mix of older and newer songs including:

"Different People" — No Doubt

"Green Onions (Single/LP Version)" — Booker T. & The MG's

"I Got You" — Wilco

"Love You I Do" — Jennifer Hudson (Dreamgirls)

"Stand Up" — Sugarland

"This" — Darius Rucker

"We Used To Wait" — Arcade Fire

"You've Got The Love" — Florence + The Machine

"Even Better Than The Real Thing" — U2
