Prancercise-The New Craze in Exercise
It’s just about summertime, and for most people Summer means swimsuits, shorts, and tank tops. For some, this time of year means, “Oh crap, I didn’t actually stick to my New Years Resolution, and need to lose 10lbs ASAP!” Lucky for you, there is a new exercise craze to help you lose those few extra Winter pounds, and get that swimsuit body, it’s called Prancercise.
Joanna Rohrback is the mastermind behind Prancercise. All you need is a cute cardigan, some white workout pants that aren’t flattering on any body type, some really awful generic soft rock tunes, and some ankle weights! Don’t forget to use plenty of hairspray to keep your hair in place! Now that you have all of that, you’re ready to prance!
If you’re wanting to add a little pep to your boring old walking routine and don’t mind people laughing at you, then Prancercise may in fact be the workout of your dreams. It was inspired by horses, and was developed in 1989, but just now made it’s way onto the small YouTube screen, where naturally it has gone viral.
I somehow managed to stumble across this the other day, and it was one of the best workouts I have ever seen so I felt the need to share it with you. If Prancercise seems like the workout for you, be sure to buy her book (or at least just go and check out the reviews cause they’re hilarious)!
