It seems all the joint resolutions, lifetime contracts, and free pancakes the state of Tennessee offered over the past week wasn't enough to persuade Peyton Manning into becoming a member of the Tennessee Titans.

Reports have surfaced saying that Manning informed his agent to begin negotiations with the Denver Broncos effectively ending speculation about where the superstar QB would finish his career. The end of the Manning speculation starts new speculation about whether or not the Broncos will keep Tim Tebow on the roster. The University of Florida graduate led the team to an 8-8 record along with a win in the first round of last year's playoffs after team executives caved in to fans demands early in the season and made him their starter.

Tebow's style has always been questionable with former Bronco QB and current VP of Footbal Operations for the team, John Elway, never said he disliked Tebow, but never really saying he supported him or believed he was the team's quarterback of the future. Expect to see Tebow on the trade block in the very near future.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, as a Colts fan I certainly wish Peyton all the best and hope he's able to eventually end his career on his terms. While it will be really odd to see Manning in uniform that doesn't have a blue horseshoe on the side of it, I'll always bleed blue and look forward to what I presume will be the Andrew Luck era in Indy this season. What about you?
