Everyone's favorite Weasel is bringing his stand-up comedy to Evansville! Pauly Shore who is best known for his surfer-dude persona "Weasel" is going back to his stand up roots and hitting the road!

Shore, who was born into an entertainment family with a mother, Mitzi who founded The Comedy Store, and his dad, Sammy who was also a comedian, made his career mostly on MTV as a VJ and also hosting Spring break parties . Pauly also had a short lived TV show called "Totally Pauly".

Shore's movie career included films like 'Encino Man' (1992), Son in Law (1993), In the Army Now (1994), Jury Duty (1995), and Bio-Dome (1996). All five films received sharply negative reviews, with the last three each holding a rating below 10% at Rotten Tomatoes, with each consecutive movie doing considerable worse than the previous.

In 2003, Shore produced, wrote, directed and starred in 'Pauly Shore Is Dead', a semi-autobiographical mockumentary, and in 2005 starred in the short-lived reality television series Minding the Store. In 2010, Shore starred in Adopted, which sees him traveling to Africa to adopt a child.

According to his website, Shore admits,

"The best part about my life is that I'm constantly touring and seeing all the nooks and crannies of the world while telling jokes...Most entertainers dread hitting the road, not me. The road is my home. I was born and raised in Hollywood, California, my whole life, but, believe it or not, I feel more comfortable and at peace on the road with you guys."

Shore will be performing at the EconoLodge, on Highway 41 North, March 14. Show starts at 8 p.m.
