Paula Deen is the midst of incredible controversy.  She has admitted to using the N-word in her past, she's been accused of treating people that work for her differently because of race, and was allegedly planning a party in which the "help" would only be African American.  Paula has a lot of support as well as hatred being aimed at her right now.  This is the first interview Paula has given since the controversy broke almost a week ago.  Here she is getting very emotional talking to Matt Lauer of the Today Show.  Do you think Paula is sincere?
