When I was in elementary school, every year, we'd load up on busses and go to the little Malco theater in Owensboro that was situated next to K-Mart. Every year, we'd see the latest Disney movies and since my family didn't frequent the movies often, it was a HUGE treat. I remember the year we went to see The Little Mermaid. I was in first grade and about seven years old. Oh wow... my heart was so full when we left. The next year, we saw The Rescuers Down Under. Not the same vibe for a little girl!

Now, we get to relive 1989 all over agin! The Little Mermaid Jr. is coming to the stage in Newburgh and kids from everywhere are invited to be a part of the show!
