This week's movie rental review is on Abduction starring Taylor Lautner from the Twilight movies. Now my goals for doing these reviews are not only to let you know what GOOD movies are out there for renting, but also the BAD ones. And sorry to say, Team Taylor fans but this is one of those bad ones. I'll be willing to bite the bullet if I must if it will save you a couple hours of your life!

Abduction is listed as "a thriller centered on a young man who sets out to uncover the truth about his life after finding his baby photo on a missing persons website" according to Netflix. The movie trailer makes it sound like this movie will be as exciting as Bourne Identity or something but it was far from it.

This movie starts off very slowly with some very awkward dialogue. It has a couple of almost cool-looking fight scenes it, but I had to re-start the movie 3 times on different days, because I kept FALLING ASLEEP on it. Overall, this in not a movie i would suggest paying the extra 8 bucks for just to get it early on DVD. Wait until it can be streamed, and then put it in your queue for a VERY rainy day!
