Nino As Best Man at Best Friend’s Wedding

I want to first say CONGRATULATIONS to the new Mr. and Mrs. E. Simmons! My best friend and his lady tied the knot this Friday in a beautiful and CROWDED ceremony at the Civic Center! All the women cried happy tears and all the men tried NOT to!

I was given the honor of being Best Man and found out that comes with a LOT of resoponsibility, like making sure the groom gets TO the wedding. As Best Man I had to help the groom get dressed so as my wedding gift, I gave him a nice shirt to wear. He didn't want to do a Tux, so we had to piece together an outfit, which came out pretty cool. That was first time I'd ever seen my buddy dressed up and he looked like a totally different dude!

As Best Man I was also responsible for guarding the ring the groom is supposed to give to the bride. Talk about PRESSURE! I don't know HOW many TV shows I've seen where the Best Man loses the ring somehow and there's a mad scramble trying to either find it or BUY ANOTHER ONE, and I sure wasn't going to be able to do THAT!
