Nicki Minaj Talk XFactor, Glam Squad, And How She Fires People

In this interview Nicki Minaj's personality really shines.  There's just something about her that I really like.  She's odd, but has a very sweet nature about her.   In the interview she is wearing a green bob wig, and she talks about what happened when Simon Cowell asked her to be on the XFactor, and what she said. She also "fires" the man interviewing her.  She also talks about how her wigs are stored on mannequin heads and all the heads have names. Well, at least she's creative!
