A Song for Trayvon

Due to pressure from the ENTIRE COUNTRY basically, Sandford, Florida Police Chief Police Bill Lee Jr, steps down from command and hands the Trayvon Martin case over to the District Attorney. Trayvon Martin is the 17-year-old boy that was shot by the neighborhood watch captain, George Zimmerman while visting his father sub-division.

A local Pittsburg rapper, Jasiri X has a song and video that's going viral called, "A Song for Trayvon". You can check it out a let me know what you think about it in the comment box below.

Outraged has been expressed all over the country, calling for the arrest of Zimmerman, who claimed "Self-defense and was never even detained. People were asked to wear hoodies today as a symbol, since Trayvon was wearing one when the incident occured, to which Zimmerman claimed made Trayvon look "suspicious.

Everyone seems to be just passing the buck down there in Sandford, trying there best not to let things escalate out of control. The D.A. said he's gonna leave it up to the grand jury to make the decision, and they won't hear the case until April.

The wheel of justice can sometimes grind to halt....
