He looks like he's 8, but in a weird, Benjamin Button kind of way, Keenan Cahill is actually a 16 year old young man who suffers from a genetic disorder called Maroteaux-Lamy Syndrome, type 6. Affecting roughly 1,110 people worldwide, MLS, type 6 affects the way bones and joints grow as the body ages. There's more to it which you can find on WebMD, but that's not the point of this story.

The point is that Keenan has become a viral video star based solely on the entertaining lip-syncing videos he's been uploading to the web for the past few years. What began as a kid just goofing around in his room has now morphed into appearances on the national stage along with collaborations with 50 Cent on Chelsea Lately, DJ Pauly D from Jersey Shore, and Nick Cannon. Katy Perry even sent him a nearly 4 minute video birthday card!

Most of Keenan's video have shot well past the 1 million views mark. That includes his rendition of Katy Perry's Teenage Dream which at last count has been watched over 37 million times. Here's a few examples of Keenan in action...
