Newburgh will be welcoming a new restaurant coming to the area next month.

Historic Newburgh Inc

Royal India Cuisine is planning a soft opening sometime in the beginning of March with a grand opening on March 15th.

The restaurant will feature a daily buffet from 11 am - 2:30 pm and will also be open for dinner.  Lalit and Indu Gupta along with their son, Vineet are owners of the business and will feature authentic dishes with all-natural herbal spices.  According to Vineet:

All of the recipes are from my mom's kitchen, and we have experienced chefs to run them.

The location will be where Fide's Taqueria y Tienda was situated in the strip center behind Huck's on SR 66. Fide's closed last month.

So, be sure to stop by and try the new Royal India Cuisine with their homemade Indian dishes next month at 7799 West State Road 66 in Newburgh.
