New Kickstarter Project “NoPhone” is Proof We Need to Get a Grip on Technology

I love Kickstarter, there are so many incredible ideas on there.  A lot of times when I'm bored I'll just get on there and look around and just see all the crazy ideas people have.  This is the another Kickstarter gem, it's called the NoPhone, and no, it's not a phone.

Phone addiction is something that I think most people have anymore.  I'm not sure about you, but when I'm out and I don't have my phone on me I do have a bit of a panic attack, also I'm not sure what to do with my hands, because I'm so used to holding my phone.  So in this instance I do see the idea and where they're heading with it.

The NoPhone is  a piece of plastic in the shape of an iPhone.  It's a technology free alternative to holding your phone all the time.  It's made to help you get over not having your phone all the time, it gives you something to hold in your hand while not being able to take away from your conversations.

I do think they have a good idea here, for instance my friends and I when we go out have started putting our phones on the table and the first to look at their phone has to buy drinks, we do that so we can keep conversations and not constantly be distracted.

So here check out the NoPhone on Kickstarter.  Would you buy this?

I'd save the money and just try to be more conscious of leaving my phone in my purse, but if you're a person who has to constantly hold something and play with something this might just be the invention for you!
