On the first day of school, you don't expect a flash flood in the parking lot of your school but Mt. Vernon Jr. High School in Mt. Vernon, IN, is experiencing that! A few of the teachers even volunteered to move staff vehicles out of KNEE DEEP water to higher ground to avoid damage. See the pics they posted!
