MSNBC News Reporter Interrupts Congresswoman for Justin Bieber News

What is our world coming to.

An MSNBC news reporter recently interrupted former Congresswoman Jane Harman during her interview to report breaking news about Justin Bieber’s arrest. Don’t get me wrong, this whole Bieber fiasco has been huge news. But I would think that a serious news outlet like MSNBC would consider what a Congresswoman has to say a little bit more important than an update on Justin Bieber’s arrest. If it was a news source like E! News or Extra, something that focuses on the entertainment industry, I wouldn’t have given it a second thought.

It’s not the fact that MSNBC reported on Justin Bieber that is weird to me. It was huge news – they would have had to have mentioned it eventually. But could she not have at least let the woman finish her sentence first?
