Most Returned Gifts of 2011

According to a retail survey from yesterday's gift returning frenzy, the most returned gifts of 2011 were clothes! What a surprise...NOT! How many times have I told you Grandma, KIDS DON'T LIKE CLOTHES for CHRISTMAS! Especially ones that don't fit! The number 1 reason used for returning this items is "Wrong Size".

Retailers don't mind people bringing items back though, because the consumer usually ends up either upgrading the returned item and paying a surcharge or buying something totally different all together. Either way, most retailers go out of their way to make it easier to exchange items in the hope that you'll end up spending more before you leave their store.
