Oh, what fortuitous timing be this. Just days before February, SNL has set its second host of the 2016 month behind Larry David, as Leslie Jones and Kate McKinnon’s fellow Ghostbuster Melissa McCarthy will return to take the stage, with none other than Kanye West bringing up the rear.

SNL confirmed that February 13 would see McCarthy taking the stage for a fourth time, following hosting turns in 2011, 2013 and 2014. Kanye, meanwhile, will make an impressive sixth appearance as SNL musical guest (seven, counting the 40th Anniversary Special), and could certainly use the headline, judging by the Twitter trends of the day. Says SNL:

In the meantime, SNL will feature Seinfeld creator (and former SNL writer himself) Larry David on February 6, joined by musical group The 1975. David has also previously guested this season in political parodies, both in sketches as Bernie Sanders, and to heckle Donald Trump.

No word yet on additional hosts for February 2016, but what should we hope for from Melissa McCarthy and Kanye West’s returns?
