Melissa Awesome Tries Her First Pumpkin Spice Latte

Does this mean I'm basic?

Today is the first day of Fall, and I figure what better way to celebrate then with my very first Pumpkin Spice Latte!  Now to be honest I'm not a very big fan of coffee so the only time I ever step into a Starbucks is around Christmas time when the Peppermint Mocha is out.  But I've heard so much hype about the Pumpkin Spice Latte, I knew I had to try it.  2014 is my year.

So I ordered a Tall (didn't want to get over confident now and waste money on something I didn't like, for you non Starbucks drinkers, like me 11 out of 12 months of the year, a "tall" is just fancy Starbucks lingo for "small").  So I step up to the counter and order it, my very first Pumpkin Spice Latte.

Time for the first drink, I'll be honest right after the first drink I regretted my decision, I was like how on earth do people like this?!  But then I gave it a second chance, the second drink wasn't as bad,  so I decided to keep drinking it to see how I felt.  I now regret only buying a tall, I should have gone grande on the ole PSL.

I feel like I have just now seen the light, the glorious Pumpkin Spice light that so many before me have seen.  My biggest fear when ordering a Pumpkin Spice Latte was that I would like it and forever be stuck with the label of "basic."  Well I loved it, so does that make me basic?  Or do I, along with millions of others just have good taste?

So the PSL gets a Grande (get it)  A+ from me.  Next week, we try leggings!
