This little guy's name is Duncan Lou Who.  Duncan was born with severely deformed hind legs that had to be amputated when he was only 3 months old.  However, that has not hindered Duncan's ability to live happy "normal" dog life.  Duncan's owners can't believe how well he's recovered, they even believe Duncan doesn't know that he's any different from any other dog.  Watch him go!
