I'm back again with another super simple recipe!

I didn't even know that I like chicken salad until recently. Last summer I stopped by Sam's for some food to take to the lake for the weekend and came across their chicken salad. O.M.G. Sam's chicken salad is SO GOOD. If you haven't tried it - do it.

ANYWAY.

I don't have a Sam's membership of my own, so I only get their chicken salad when I can snag my Mom's card...which isn't too often. So, I started looking up some recipes on my own. I mean, I'm decently good at cooking, and chicken salad is kind of like tuna salad, so how hard could it be?

I took to trusty 'ol Pinterest to find a yummy chicken salad recipe and I was NOT disappointed.

Here's what you'll need:

3 cups of cooked chicken, chopped/shredded
*NOTE: I used 3 cans of canned chicken in replacement of cooked chicken breasts (because I'm impatient) and it still tasted EXCELLENT. So, do whichever.
3/4 cup celery, diced small
3/4 cup mayo
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)

Combine it all in a tub and you've made yourself lunch for the week. My boyfriend LOVED this recipe. We always end up blaming the other when it finally runs out.

I put the chicken salad on King's Hawaiian rolls/bread and it's AMAZING. I could eat that bread plain, to be honest. Throw some shredded cheese in the mix if you're feelin' frisky.

ENJOY!
