“Love Story” with Roger’s Jewelers Has a Storybook Ending

After sorting through numerous entries, Tim Jorgenson of Evansville was the winner of Love Story with Roger's Jewelers, Fox 7, & 106-1 KISS-FM. Now all he had to do was ask Amy to marry him.

Tim arrived at Roger's Jewelers around 5pm while Amy was out shopping and enjoying dinner (and we assume margaritas) at Hacienda with a few girlfriends. As the evening progressed and the moment of truth crept closer and closer, Tim's nerves started to kick in. The plan was for Amy's friends to bring her to the south entrance of Eastland Mall near JC Penny's at 6:30. After what felt like an eternity for all of (I can't imagine how Tim felt), Amy showed up right on time to see Tim surrounded by strangers and video crew from Fox 7 news. That's when Tim asked one of the most important questions he'll ever ask in his life. Watch the video below to see what happened.
