Lost a SnapStreak? Here’s How to Fix It!

There is no greater loss than that of a 100+ day SnapStreak.

This morning, I was greeted by the second saddest thing a millenial can see (next to a lack of health insurance): My Snapchat Streak with my friend Alex had disappeared. Normally, this wouldn't be a huge deal but our SnapStreak was over 280+ days and we are trying very hard to hit that 365. Also, Alex is a reformed SnapStreak killer so losing this streak may have completely undone her rehabilitation.

Luckily, we were able to save our SnapStreak through Snapchat's support system. Here's what you do, according to their tweets:

Next, you're going to want to scroll down to where it says "Need Help With Something Else?" and click "Yes." This will pull up a form where you can submit what happened and have your streak restored.

My streak was restored literally 2 minutes after I hit send. And there was much rejoicing in the land. Just don't abuse the system and you shouldn't have a problem restoring those streaks that slipped away!
