Wayne, 29, told GQ that he has already accomplished all of his goals in the rap world.  He explains he has passed his torch on to proteges Drake and Nicki Minaj, whose careers are much younger than Wayne's 18 years in the business.  Wayne says within the next six years he would like to focus more on the business side of music and his family, and would like to be out of the spotlight and retired from performing.

However, we all know than no rapper ever TRULY retires from music.  Except Ma$e.  Oh wait, he came back, too.
