Kesha + One Direction Mash Up Amazingly Well [VIDEO]

It's the best mash up you'll hear since the last best mash up you heard!

A New York City producer who goes by the name, No Pets Allowed noticed that outside of both songs touting the notion that we only live once, so we might as well have a good time, there was a striking similarity in the beats for Kesha's "Die Young" and One Direction's "Live While We're Young". And like any good DJ, he put his theory to the test by mashing the two together. The end result is pretty sweet.

It seems to me that in order to make it work, Mr. No Pets had to speed up One Direction's part just a bit as the boys sound higher pitched than usual. Outside of that, you almost have to wonder if one is rip-off of the other because they do sound so close together. Take a listen and let me know what you think in the comments below.
