#KatsTats – This Weeks Favorite Tattoos [PHOTOS]

After a week off for vacation, #KatsTats is back and let me tell you I got so many great submissions! Well done ladies! It was tough, but I did select someone who's winning cool stuff from the KISS-FM Prize Closet!
