Kat’s Wedding Sneak Preview [PHOTOS]
Well. I did it! I am officially Mrs. Mike Adams! On Saturday I married the most amazing man, and brought our two incredible families together. The day could not have been more perfect! Everything from Mike’s DIY Taco Bar to his Mom’s cupcakes & my DIY Faux-to Booth (pics coming soon!) were a BIG hit! The Maxam House Bed & Breakfest in Princeton was the absolute perfect location to hold our ceremony and our post-party. It has so much character & style all it’s own.
A HUGE thank you to all of our friends and family who were in attendance! Even The Rob & Big Boy made it!I had a lot of really great help from a lot of really wonderful people! My old high school friend, Tiffany, who happens to also be my hair dresser, came in and did hair for me and the girls. She also did some make-up consulting for us! Mike’s mom made our cupcakes, and they were perfect! AND delicious! Elizabeth, Elaina, and even little Patton helped me make our decorations.
And our photographer! Oh! Our photographer! Jeanna Crossen from Third Generation Photography did an AMAZING job! Mike is really picky when it comes to getting his photo taken. I was actually a little nervous about it, but Jeanna was so incredible! She was so personable, and she really had a way of putting us both at ease. When she & I took some pre-wedding shots of just me, we were running in & out of the house so that we could A) get some outdoor shots & B) so I didn’t freeze to death! When it came time to take photos of me & the kids, and the pics of me & Mike, Jeanna was absolutely wonderful! I am expecting the full catalog of photos soon that I will share with you, along with more details of how exactly I managed to pull of a kick-@$$ wedding in just 6 weeks! But for now, I thought I would give you a sneak peek of Our Special Day (and Jeanna’s amazing work!) Take a look!
