Kanye West sat down for a rare TV interview on 'Kris,' the ratings-challenged talk show of Kris Jenner, and revealed how much he loves baby mama Kim Kardashian, revealing and their daughter North.

While Jenner and West were said to have a 'cool' relationship, and by that we mean 'chilly,' Yeezy did the struggling show a solid by appearing. What he did during the couch chat was gush about Jenner's daughter, making this more shameless self promo for the Kardashian family.

The funny part was his reference to Tom Cruise's famous couch jump when he first started dating Katie Holmes, which became a pop culture jump the shark moment.

About his relationship with Kim, which many saw as trading down, since West has gained respect as a fashion designer while Karashian TV shows are consider junk culture, he said, "I can have people saying, 'This is going to damage your credibility as an artist or as a designer, and I say, ‘I don’t care. I love this woman.' She’s my joy and she brought my new joy into the world. There’s no paparazzi and there’s no blog comment that is going to take that joy from me."

Wow. That was pretty sweet! That's lurve.

The rapper is also taking a break from diaper duty with daughter to plan his next phase of promotion for his new album. The rapper and fashion designer will follow up 'Black Skinhead,' his first single from the chart-topping 'Yeezus,' with 'Bound 2.'

While 'Black Skinhead' certainly stirred up tons of chatter and is loved by diehard 'Ye fans, it failed to gain any serious traction or to resonate with radio. Therefore, the label is swiftly moving on to the next track.

Like much of 'Yeezus,' 'Bound 2' is not a traditional or easily digestible song, which is likely exactly how Yeezy planned it. He's not trying to make music that instantly reacts at radio and becomes a chart-topper. From all that he has said and done, he doesn't mind foresking radio success in favor of art that challenges. He got himself a No. 1 record on the Billboard Top 200 so he is doing somethin' right.

You can listen to the radio edit of the track here. Like it? Then request it on your local radio station. Do it for Yeezy...and for North West.
