Jimmy Fallon & Will Smith – The Evolution of Hip Hop [VIDEO]

After much fanfare and long wait, last night Jimmy Fallon officially took over the reigns of "The Tonight Show" from Jay Leno.  His first show was remarkably star-studded, as I predict it will be for the remainder of the week.  His first guest was Will Smith, although technically he may have been the Fresh Prince.  Smith and Fallon teamed up for one of Jimmy's most well-received segments, The Evolution of Hip Hop!
