It Came From Evansville Watch - Mercury in Retrograde

Whenever possible, I like to try to pinpoint the reason for all of the craziness that happens here in Evansville. Sometimes it's the Fall Festival. Maybe it was a holiday, like Halloween... But not this time! This time all of the craziness happened because Mercury is in retrograde! Or, it isn't in retrograde or whatever that means.
