It Came From Evansville Watch – Hall of Fame Edition

I don't know why, but always assume that when it snows and the city freezes over, that the amount of crazy stories on Evansville Watch will decrease.  Over the three years we've been doing this segment, I've learned snow does NOT stop the crazy.  This time, we even have a HALL OF FAME EDITION of "It Came From Evansville Watch"!
