The intoxicated gang is back..3rd call on them today. They're now at 4th & Louisiana. One of them is trying to fight w/ anyone who passes.

Dispatch: Marijuana and munchies in a car SB on First Ave from McDonald's. Several subjects in a car were smoking pot on the lot of McDonald's. They have now left and are heading SB on First Ave. Smoke is reportedly rolling out of the vehicle.

Possible hold up at Delaware St & 4th Ave. Victim reports he was riding his scooter when 3 males flagged him down. When he pulled over they grabbed him, tried to pull him off the scooter & demanded his money.
