If you were hoping for a pop-punk mega show in Evansville, I'm sorry to disappoint you. The following post began circulating on Facebook a few hours ago:


The pop-punk teen in me immediately got excited for the prospect of this show. However, then the logical side of my brain took over and I started asking things like "Why wouldn't PG announce this?" and "How is PG going to fit all of the people in their intimate little venue?"

After some sleuthing, completed by people in the comments of the post, it was quickly discovered that many of the bands are already booked on that date in very far away places.

Sorry guys, it seems that this show was truly too good to be true.
