Interview With Jamey Rodemeyer’s Parents [VIDEO]

After the burial of Jamey Rodemeyer, the 14 year old boy who committed suicide a little more than a week ago after being bullied for his sexual orientation, his parents speak out. They tell the terrible tale of their surviving daughter's horrible Homcoming Dance experience, where she was subjected to "the bullies" chanting "You're better off dead. We're glad you're dead."

Jamey's story is so tragic. As a mother, my heart goes out to Jamey's family. I cannot begin to imagine the pain that this family is going through. I only hope that my daughter will always know that she can come to me, and that she can always depend on me to help her through the tough times. I also hope that Lady GaGa is able to use her 'celebrity' for the good of our youth. I truly support her in her efforts!
