Intern Matt’s First Blog

Hey,

My name is Matt Qualls and I am freshly out of college at USI here in Evansville. I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Radio and Television. My prior experience with radio is just through The Edge and what is now 95.7 The Spin out of USI. I have a wide variety of interests. I really like music which is the primary reason I was interested in radio. I also enjoy reading, video games, and like to do things outdoors. I'm willing to try new things as long as I'm with the right people. This is the first time being in a profession Radio Station and so far I have had a lot of fun.

Everyday is different and I have tried lots of new things. I have been learning the ways of promotions: calling contest winners, speaking about certain prizes and events on air, etc. and now blogging. This is my first ever blog so you hardcore bloggers out there please don't judge. I consider myself quite creative so I believe that I can provide some neat blogs for you to read.
