The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announced on Monday work on the ramp to north I-69 from Highway 41 North just north of Ellis Park has been pushed back to this Friday through next Monday.

Work to repave the ramp was originally scheduled to begin today (Monday, April 17th), however inclement weather and the forecast for more rain in the early part of the week forced INDOT to push back the scheduled time frame.

The Department announced the change through Twitter early Monday afternoon.

The closure will force traffic heading into the city from Henderson to essentially utilize the remaining portions of the cloverleaf to make their way north on I-69 by taking the I-69 South exit to the Highway 41 South exit, then the I-69 North exit off Highway 41 South.
