Get the Perfect Red Pout Just in Time for Halloween [VIDEO]

The perfect red lips can be tricky to achieve. Luckily, I found an excellent tutorial!

I am planning my costume for Halloween, and I am going to be needing perfect red lips. My 1940's inspired Ms. Captain America (like this) needs the perfect 40's style matte red lips. Since I rarely wear makeup, and I wear red lipstick even less often, I decided that I had better check out some tutorials so I can do it right! I need it to be neat. I need it to last all night. And I need it to look good!
